What products do you sell?
We specialise in trading cards and collectibles, including popular ranges like Pokémon, Disney, and other TCGs. We also stock sealed products, collection boxes, and protective accessories.
Are your products authentic?
Yes — all of our products are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items.
Do you sell sealed products?
Absolutely. Most of our items are factory sealed unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.
What are “box breaks” or live breaks?
Box breaks are live-streamed events where we open trading card products on behalf of customers. You purchase a spot, and the cards pulled during the stream are sent directly to you afterwards.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we always aim to get your items out as quickly as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout, but most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.
Can I return opened trading card products?
Due to the nature of trading cards, we cannot accept returns on opened packs or boxes unless the item is faulty or damaged.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Do you buy collections or trade cards?
At the moment, we mainly focus on selling, but feel free to get in touch — we may be interested depending on the collection.
