Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During high-demand periods (such as new trading card set releases), processing times may extend to 2–4 business days.


UK Shipping

We offer the following UK shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping : Estimated 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.

Free UK shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount (if applicable).


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • International Standard: 5–14 business days 
  • International Tracked: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Packaging

We take great care in packaging to ensure your items arrive safely:

Single Cards:

  • Shipped in protective sleeves and toploaders
  • Secured with additional protection (team bags or cardboard backing)

Sealed Products:

  • Wrapped securely and shipped in padded envelopes or boxes
  • Additional protection used for higher-value items

Shipping Rules for Order Value

To ensure safe delivery:

  • Low-value orders may be shipped via untracked services
  • Orders above a certain value may automatically require tracked shipping
  • High-value orders will always be sent using tracked and/or signed services

Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided via email for tracked shipments
  • Untracked shipping options are selected at the customer’s risk

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and contents
  • For tracked shipments, we will assist in filing claims for lost items

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Pre-Orders

If your order contains pre-order items:

  • The entire order will be dispatched once all items are available
  • Release dates are subject to change by suppliers/distributors
