Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the policy below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is in the same condition as received
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging (where applicable)

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of trading cards, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Single cards based on subjective condition disagreements
  • Opened or used sealed products (e.g. booster packs, boxes, tins)
  • Items damaged after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (where available), or
  • A full or partial refund

Change of Mind (UK & EU Customers)

Under UK consumer law, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned unused and in resellable condition
  • Sealed products must remain unopened
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once approved
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Order Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited stock availability.
If you require a different item, please place a new order.


Pre-Orders

Products sold as pre-orders will be dispatched once available.

Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors, and delays outside our control may occur.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, we reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee to cover processing, payment, and administrative costs.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a standard order and our normal Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
